It's been ages!

Hey all you cool cats out there in BlogLand....

Yes, I know I'm an ass (see above)... no need to point out the obvious. Been sick and busy - how fun is THAT? Jealous, eh?

So tomorrow I have to give my 'talks' or 'lectures' or whatever you want to call them. Good thing is that they are at least 18 years of age and I doubt I can be sued if I swear like a sailor in front of them. I won't try to offend - I'll be on my best behavior! Come to think of it, that's really not too good... Oh well. I'm over it. I have nothing prepared... past the part where I tell them my name, title, and that I am not in any way representing my employer. I feel more comfortable this way, though... and for me it is soooo much less pressure. Honestly, I know I can keep their interest. If all else fails, I'll flash them or something. I'm pretty excited about it.

So we got another winter storm... um... ARE WE DONE YET? This really sucks. Every year I talk about moving to a more constant, mild climate and every Spring I sit here bitching because I didn't. Anyone living in a fabulously mild climate care to tell me where it is so I can move there, too?

Well, off to work in the dungeon... at least I'm in the IV room tonight. I love being in there... plus I get to have my music on and sing way off key becuase the vent system is quite loud in there. Oh, well I hope it's as loud as I think it is... otherwise I've been belting out off key lyrics for a couple of years and no one has bothered to tell me.

If you see a headline reading, "Guest lecturer arrested for indecent exposure... gets asked back for second lecture"... that would be me! =)
