Tomorrow I see Matt Good. There really isn't enough that I can say about that. I can't believe it's here yet it still seems a world away.
The interview went well. I'm still conflicted. Either way I sit and wait.
Did I mention I think I was abducted by aliens? I have a block of time that I cannot remember at all. It's really freaking me out because the majority of the time I was driving. Not one bit of a memory. Before it, ok - after that, fine. The 20ish minutes between are a full on blank.

What can I say? I hope you have great fun tomorrow, and that the aliens let you remember the experience in a lot of detail.
I have a customer who insists aliens regularly abduct people on the redwood highway a bit north--they end up home safe, but with time gaps and no memory of getting there. Of course she is generally figured to be...strange.

I often zone out and forget most - if not all - of my drive home. Who knew aliens might be responsible?
My forgetful patches are usually alcohol induced, although sometimes the bits I really wish to erase still filter through, whilst the pleasurable bits vanish into some space ether.
42nd floor? I can't even comprehend that, possibly due to the fact that buildings in Newcastle (UK) rarely go beyond ten. And that's considered massive. I work on the ninth, with a stunning view of an elevated railway track and pigeons, and a stupid staircase that means I have to take the lift as it only spits out on even floors. This pains me somewhat as lifts are freaky.
So 42nd floor....shudder!

Jarvenpa - I'm generally figured to be strange as well, so maybe she's onto something? This was just so peculiar - memory before, then memory a little while later, but absolutely nothing in between. So much so that it would be like trying to coax a memory from a person that was sleeping. Very odd.
Anne - Wait, do you mean that you hope I had a terrific time on the alien space craft? ;) Gee, I don't remember that either! Matthew Good was fantastic, though!
Ginger Doll - Oooh yes, I've had those every now and then. But after a while those bits usually come back to me, even if just to embarrass me. Being on the 41st and 42nd floors was a bit strange but I liked being able to look down on all the peons. ;) Having an elevator that only stops on even floors? Who was the genius that planned that? You need to let some of that fury loose on the person that designed that! =)
Meadow74 - Highly surreal, I can tell you that. I just don't have an explanation that revolves around logic, so I'm voting for the alien theory!
